What type of yoga do you offer? −
Our classes draw mainly from hatha, vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga, blended with
complementary practices like functional movement and mindfulness for a well-rounded practice.
What should I wear? −
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move in all directions. Layers are always
handy, especially for our slower classes like yin and restorative yoga. We're a barefoot/sock studio,
so no shoes on the mats.
Are there classes for beginners? −
Our classes are all levels unless otherwise noted in the class description. Contact
us any time for a personalized class recommendation if you're just starting out.
Do you have mats and props available for use? −
We have complimentary blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps available in every
class. Bringing your own mat is appreciated, but rentals are available if you need one.
Can I try a single class before committing to a membership? −
Yes! Our Drop-In pass ($25) is perfect for a single class with no commitment, or
start with our $60 New Joinee pass for 30 days of unlimited access to see if Prana Flow is right for
you.
Is there music in your classes? −
We love practicing to music and believe sound is an important part of the
experience. Instructors choose the playlist and keep the volume at a comfortable level for
everyone.
What does Prana Flow mean? −
"Prana" is the Sanskrit word for life force or breath, and "flow" reflects the way
movement, breath, and energy move together in practice. Together, the name captures what we hope every
class feels like.
Where do I find the studio, and is parking available? −
We're conveniently located with on-street parking nearby and easy access by public
transit. Check our Contact page for the full address and map.
I'm running a few minutes late, can I still join class? −
Our class start times are purposeful and adhered to, so please try to arrive a few
minutes early. Late entry can be disruptive to the practice already in progress.
What is your cancellation / no-show policy? −
Class reservations require at least 3 hours' notice to cancel. Late cancellations or
no-shows will result in the entire class being marked as used, so please let us know as early as
possible if your plans change.
What forms of payment are accepted? −
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). Get in touch if you have
questions about membership or drop-in pricing.
What's included in the New Joinee intro pass? −
The $60 New Joinee pass gives you unlimited classes for 30 days. It's a one-time
introductory offer for new clients, non-transferable and non-refundable, and starts on the date of
purchase.
What's the difference between Unlimited Monthly and the Non-Auto-Renew option? −
Unlimited Monthly renews automatically every month until you cancel, with no
commitment. The Non-Auto-Renew option is a one-time month that does not renew automatically, so you
purchase it again whenever you'd like to continue.
Can I put my membership on hold? −
Yes. Unlimited memberships allow up to 2 months of holds per year with 14 days'
advance notice, email us to request one. Minimum hold time is 7 days.
Do class passes expire? −
Yes. 5 Class Passes expire 2 months after purchase, 10 Class Passes expire 3 months
after purchase, and 20 Class Passes expire 6 months after purchase. Passes don't auto-renew.
