Teaching Beyond the Physical Asana
At Prana Flow, every instructor brings their own training, style, and life experience into the room. That variety is by design, so you can find the voice, pace, and class that feels like yours.
Our instructors are trained to teach safely in the heat, so you get hands-on cues, real modifications, and a class that pushes you without pushing you too far.
"The best teachers show you where to look, but don't tell you what to see. They simply hold the space for you to discover your own strength."— Prana Flow Teaching Principle
Meet Our Instructors
Tony Masci
A proud father of three, Tony completed his first 200-hour teacher training in 2015, then completed 500 hours of LLT (Live Love Teach) training with Philip Urso between 2017 and 2019. He teaches a synchronized vinyasa, guiding students to move and breathe together so that class becomes a moving meditation.
Maddie Campbell
Maddie has been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching for over 10 years, including 5 years as a yoga studio owner. There is nothing she loves more than yoga and everything it is.
For Maddie, there is literally no better feeling than sweating and releasing on your mat and witnessing what your body is capable of, nothing short of a miracle. Before yoga she could barely touch her toes, and today she can do the splits. That personal transformation fuels her passion for teaching and sharing yoga with others.
Known for her energy, inspiration, and connection, Maddie teaches carefully thought-out vinyasa classes paired to one-of-a-kind playlists. In all ten years of teaching, she has never repeated a playlist.
Maddie believes yoga is for every body, and she loves helping every student discover what theirs can do.
Nivini Walgama
My yoga journey began in 2023, and becoming a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher felt like the natural next step so I could guide others on their own journeys of transformation. My classes blend mobility, flexibility, and strength into dynamic flows, with creative transitions and an empowering peak pose. My goal is to leave you feeling energized, focused, and strong.
Jennifer
Jennifer includes various elements of spiritual practices and asanas in her yoga classes to bring forth the balancing of mind, body and spirit. Her styles of yoga are Hatha, Power, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative..
Jennifer has found that teaching yoga and being in that environment has brought internal peace and self awareness. Now, she wants to share that positive energy with her students on and off the mats.
Nilushi Walgama
With over five years of experience in yoga, Nilushi is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Children's Yoga Teacher. Her journey began through her own personal practice and evolved into a passion for helping others experience the physical and mindful benefits of yoga. Her teaching blends traditional yoga with intentional, accessible movement, creating classes that are both grounding and energizing.
She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin/Yang, and Deep Flow, thoughtfully curated to meet students where they are while encouraging them to discover strength, mobility, balance, and presence.
Michael Belley
Michael teaches a slower-paced style of yoga rooted in breathwork and meditation. He came to yoga through physically demanding trades work, which led him toward a practice more focused on reconnecting body and mind. His classes offer space to slow down, breathe, and find that connection.
Hoa
A dedicated yoga practitioner with over 5 years of consistent personal practice, Hoa creates inclusive, supportive classes that meet students where they are while encouraging growth and self-discovery. Her flows blend flexibility, mobility, and strength, with creative transitions that build body awareness, confidence, and control.
Marina Valente
Movement has always been a big part of Marina's life. She loves classes that feel strong and flowy, with creative transitions and space to play around with something new. Her goal is for you to leave feeling good, a little challenged, and more connected to your body.
Lina Di Leo
Lina brings a unique sense of creativity, fluidity, and flair to every class, empowering students to move with authenticity and confidence. Her approach encourages deep listening to the body and breath, fostering a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where students of all levels feel seen and inspired.
